This is a highly technical site.National Library of Medicine PubMedTo make full use of the site you must register with the site. Registration is free and I have done so and have found many interesting articles and papers through this site.
You must pay a fee to obtain full copies of some of the papers and articles, depending upon their source. I have not yet purchased an article in this way so I can not tell you the costs.
